Our Team

Amy de Greef

brand & culture hacker

I believe an irresistible brand combines a distinct look and feel with authenticity and compassion. Identity equals brand. Brand equals culture.

As a compassionate person myself, I’ll make everyone in and outside of your organisation breathe your brand. Whether that's a board of directors or an employee team. Language is my forte, both in written word as well as visually. Communication is a craft and that’s how I approach it.

I redefine your business strategy, marketing and brand positioning. And I empower the team(s) to convert that strategy into practical tools. It’s been said I have a brilliant mind for innovative products and services (and the drive to sell them). Many say their work is client-oriented, I'll prove it. I’m involved from start to finish as the primary point of contact and director of Hack-a-Business’ creative team.

Simplified success comes down to a consistent, easy to grasp and easy to recognise company identity: this is who we are and this is what we stand for.

"Like all living systems, cultures cannot remain static. They evolve, or decline. They explore or expire." - Buzz Aldrin

Dick van Driel

c-level growth hacker

I am a booster of transformations, of market strategy and business development, known to lead companies to unparalleled, simplified success.

My approach is often unconventional, but always focused on sustainability, customer experience and the elimination of complexity; after all, complexity is the natural enemy of focus. Basic questions I ask and help you answer are: what really makes your company irresistible to clients? And are you really empowering your employees to take full ownership of opportunities and results?

I know, it takes guts to embrace change. But the world around us is itself rapidly changing; if you do what you always did, you no longer get what you always got. Now is the time for companies to break new ground; to stand still is to fall behind.

“Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.” - John F. Kennedy

Yavanna Brouwer

creative Design hacker

I’m your Jack (or Jill) of all creative trades. Digital design, traditional arts, video editing, animation, copywriting, photography, event design, board game development - I am truly down for everything. Whatever you or my fellow hackers think of, I can create or beautify.

With a solid academic background in change communications, I have the useful theory to back up the creative choices we make. Need a (new) logo and/or visual brand identity? I'm your girl. Need a (new) website? On it. Company photos desperately outdated? I’ve got you. Animated video pitch to wow potential investors? Challenge accepted.

A geek at heart, you'll see me easily winning over those people within your company that you sometimes might have a hard time reaching. I treat people equally, whether I'm talking to a CEO or a back-end developer.

“The exercise of imagination is dangerous to those who profit from the way things are because it has the power to show that the way things are is not permanent, not universal, not necessary.” - Ursula le Guin

Jordi van der Knijff

Social media hacker

Yes, I have the energy level of someone with ADHD. Yes, I’m a millennial that looks the age of Gen-Z. But don't judge this book by its cover, I'm very much a thirty-something experienced senior in the fields of social media and PR. As a creator of truly memorable digital content and activation campaigns as well as a data-driven strategist, I'll figure out your best plan of attack for conquering the digital media platform(s) of your choice: LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and whatever platforms are yet to come.

Don't you worry about understanding how these platforms can work in your favour and how your business’ presence develops over time. I'll provide you with clear-cut, customised reporting on the results of our efforts.

Added bonus, my humorous and energetic sparkle is often infectious. It will inspire your personnel to enthusiastically participate, co-creating content that will last your business a lifetime.
