Bursting with untapped potential, IBIS Power has a lot of promise but in terms of commercial success - not enough proof... yet. The creator of PowerNEST - wind turbines nestled in an innovative structure of solar panels - was a business begging to be holistically hacked. Taking the reigns on both an executive level and in execution, we are currently helping IBIS reach its full potential with a new commercial approach.

We simplified succes for this executive headhunters agency with a major hack in their branding: full make-over, new website, job profile format, an impactful LinkedIn presence and a new outlook on their differentiating proposition.

NOORDERLICHT ventures, a Dutch startup that creates the software for the Home Energy Management System of the future, initially approached us for a small visual assignment. Satisfied, the company scaled up our collaboration. We did their full branding, designed a customer journey and rebuilt their website.

In the world of tech services, companies are moving from static services to AI & Cloud services. As was the case for Codit. To help the company and the employees a step ahead in this transition, we organised a custom pacman-themed Hack-a-thon aimed at AI projects.

It all started with a great idea. But a great idea does not make a great business. That's why we simplified success by creating a sound organisational set-up, go-to-market strategy, company name, branding and animated pitch for potential investors. To get these designers of architecturally responsible sustainable energy systems, started up right.

Sentia's commercial team had quite a way to go in achieving their KPI's, but not much time before the year's end. We customised an olympic-themed, day-long hackathon event for multi-disciplinary teams to find solutions and present them to their management. As always, the basic concepts were there all along. To get to the finish line in time, all the teams needed was the right platform to cultivate and share. Success, simplified.

If the European energy crisis has taught us one thing, it's that the way us consumers currently heat our homes with gas, has to change. NIBE has been producing heat pumps for decades, managing to switch the majority of the Swedish market to sustainable heating. The Dutch market however, is not yet convinced. This is where we came in. We're creating a launch campaign for their new S735 model, all materials included, convincing consumers as never before.

The company where it all started… The Hack-a-Business team met each other working for Quby: a tech company with a special interest in data, home comfort and sustainability. Amy, Yavanna and Jordi worked in marketing and sales, while Dick joined the management team. We performed over four Hack-a-thons with the company before their integration into Eneco. Our team produced various communications and strategic direction for Quby.
